Harvard Professor Lant Pritchett said that the way game-changing ideas are received over time looks something like this: “Crazy. Crazy. Crazy. Obvious.”

I’m reflecting on this tonight as I consider how change usually seems impossible, until not changing seems impossible. I suspect that many of the developments we are experiencing today, technological and otherwise, will follow a similar pattern.
